Why I want to meet John S. Darnielle
So that I can know the feeling that must surge through you when you meet your biggest hero.
For serious, John’s writing, his on stage appearance, his history is all intoxicating and enveloping.
Sometimes I wish that I would be denied the ability to meet him, and just spend the rest of my life wishing I had. Some pleasures are just more subtle than others.
